Contact Lefidex and apply as a partner

This guide explains how to write to us from the website, how to apply as a partner, and what we do with the information you send.

Write to us

Use the form on the website's Contact page. We ask for your name, your email, your country, what describes you best (for example, buyer, seller, or agent), and your message.

To help us reply well, include in your message:

• The country of the property.
• Whether you already have a buyer or a seller.
• What stage the deal is at and what you need to know.

We reply by email from info@lefidex.com with the next steps. You can also write to that address directly.

If you already have a deal on Lefidex, questions about it are best sent from your account email.

Lefidex's legal documents are in the website's Legal center, and the list of product changes is on the Changes page.

Apply as a partner

Real estate agencies and regional partners can apply to work with Lefidex from the website's Partners page. The form asks for:

• Your organization's name and type of organization.
• The contact person, their email, and their country.
• A phone number, if you want to leave one. It is optional.
• How many deals you do per year, approximately: 1 to 5, 6 to 20, 21 to 50, or more than 50.
• A message about your work.

What happens next:

1. We review your application.
2. We write to you to learn about your work.
3. We agree on how to work together.

What we do with your information

We use the information from these forms only to reply to your message or review your application. We store what you write, your contact details, and a technical record of your connection to prevent abuse. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.

You can ask us to delete it by writing to info@lefidex.com.
