What each line means
Lefidex fee
A fee per deal, paid by the buyer. It depends on the country, the amount, and the agency. You see it in the breakdown before accepting the terms and before depositing.
Payment processing costs on deposit (0.50%)
What it costs to process your deposit into the account in your name.
Payment processing costs for payouts (0.25%)
What it costs to process each payment at closing: to the seller, the agents, and the notary.
Wire costs
Your bank may charge a fee for sending the wire. It does not go through Lefidex.
Total to wire
The exact amount you wire. If the actual processing cost is lower, the difference is returned to you at closing.
If the deal does not close
Your money is returned according to the reason. Processing and bank costs already incurred are not refunded. How much of the Lefidex fee is refunded depends on the reason and is written in the rules you accept before depositing.
